Got the sheet metal parts in from SendCutSend!


The test was done on the same horizontal aluminum rail. I first tested the sheet metal mount and then the CNC mount. The aluminum rail had the heat pipe attached with thermal glue and I used thermal paste to interface the LED with the mounts and heat pipe.
I soldered a thermocouple onto the LED Tc Measurement Point BXRV-TR-2750G-20A0-A-23


For each test I powered the LED with 20W on the cool white channel for at least 2 hours. I took measurements at the end of the test with a FLIR thermal camera, the attached thermocouple, and another thermocouple to measure different parts of the lamp.
I did not use any lens during the tests.
